The Border Police Inspectorate General (IGPF) informs that 97,552 persons entered Romania through the border check points on Friday, of whom 13,825 were Ukrainian citizens (up 10.4 percent from the previous day).
According to a press release sent to AGERPRES, 8,602 Ukrainian citizens entered Romania through the border with Ukraine (up 1.8pct), and 1,358 Ukrainian citizens entered Romania through the border with the Republic of Moldova (up 22.9pct).
Since the onset of the crisis, on February 24, 2022, until Thursday at midnight, 1,299,345 Ukrainian citizens have entered Romania nationwide.
