According to a Wednesday press release the organizers sent to AGERPRES, Chris Suspect is "a photographer not liked by US President Donald Trump," as since Trump's inauguration in January he has photographed many of the protests in Washington.

Some of the photographs taken by Chris Suspect during these protests were included in a book project called "Un-Presidented: The Inauguration of Donald J. Trump and the People's Response." The project which includes images captured by Suspect and 27 other photographers was selected in the categories "Project We Love" by the Kickstarter platform and it has achieved the final funding goal in less than four days, the quoted source mentions.

In the "Vama Under Oscar Lights" Festival, Chris Suspect will present his protest photos, he will speak about how the album "Un-Presidented: The Inauguration of Donald J. Trump an the People's Response" was made and about how life is in Washington under the Trump Administration.

Registrations to "Vama Under Oscar Lights" (VSLO), the largest visual arts festival in Romania, have started and the photographers and film enthusiasts can participate on a basic condition: "to do a good deed," the organizers say. Deadline for registrations is 14 August, and those interested can access the Festival website for details, www.vslo.ro.

This year's edition will include street photo contests, daily snapshots, 4x4 mud photography, conceptual photography, nude photography (only for photos +18 years), product photography, bride portraits, mobile phone observation photo or Photoshop retouching courses.
