Bucharest, Dec 29 /Agerpres/ - The hydroelectric, wind power and photovoltaics output will grow in the next four years by 14.65pct, according to the power balance's Prognosis carried out by the National Prognosis Board (CNP).
So, the three above-mentioned kinds of power will increase from 2.32 million toe (tonnes of oil equivalent) in 2015 to 2.405 million toe in 2016 (plus 3.7pct annually), to 2.49 million toe in 2017 (plus 3.5pct), 2,575 million toe in 2018 (plus 3.4pct) and to 2.66 million toe in 2019 (plus 3.3pct).
In exchange, according to the CNP estimates, the nuclear power output will stay put until 2019, at 2.865 million toe annually.
As regards the total imports of electricity, the CNP estimates they will count for 260,000 toe annually, until 2019, and will represent 2.2pct of total imports of primary energy resources in 2016, 2.1pct in 2017 and 2pct in 2018 and 2019.
Romania's energy resources will reach next year 43.3 million toe, following to increase by 1.6pct as compared to this year.
Of the energy resources' total, 41.9 million toe are primary energy resources, out of which 26.8 million toe is the output, 12 million toe - the import, and 2.9 million toe is the stocks from the beginning of the year. Also, 1.4 million toe is the stock of transforming energy.
Most of these resources, namely 33.1 million toe will form the country's consumption, while 5.8 million tow will be exported. At the end of 2016, CNP experts say a 4.3 million toe stocks will exist.
Of the total domestic consumption, 3 million toe are for the energy sector, 1 million toe will be losses, and 23.3 million toe are for the final consumption.
For the next three years, the power resources will grow by 1.6pct - 1.7pct year-on-year, and will reach 44.02 million tow in 2017, 44.7 million toe in 2018 and 45.5 million toe in 2019, the CNP estimates conclude.AGERPRES
