President Traian Basescu is arguing that the worst of the crisis is over in Romania, but the country is still facing a crisis.
'I have not made any estimates so far, but now I can tell you that the worst of the crisis is over,' the President told TVR public television channel on a televised show on Wednesday evening.
The President mentioned that Romania has reached an impasse as far as investment is concerned because public social spending for 2011 has not been cut so that money can be saved for investment projects. AGERPRES
